Presented by Dr. Anita Kaiser & Dr. Cathy Craven
The Bare Bones Podcast is a 9-episode series with corresponding handouts providing the SCI community with easy-to-digest information about bone health and osteoporosis management. Co-designed with PLEX, persons with lived experience including people with SCI, their families, and community advocacy groups, it translates the evidence-based Clinical Practice Guideline into an accessible format that enables individuals to understand, act on, and adhere to recommendations to reduce fracture risk.
This interactive session allows participants to apply learning from the episodes “Get Moving and Loading” and “Snap and Crack” through discussion of two case-based scenarios. Whether you have listened to every episode or are brand-new to the series, this webinar is designed to make the material practical and participatory.
